The "No Regrets" program is a dynamic high energy seminar that equips & challenges young people with the knowledge & skills to reach their most important and personal goals.  Teens are encouraged to take charge of their future by making healthy sexual decisions.

Did you know:

• 1 in 4 people in America have contracted a Sexually Transmitted Disease. 

• There are approximately 30 STDs- almost 200 different strains of these bacterium & viruses.

• The fastest growing STD is HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) more commonly know as Genital Warts.

• When going to the Health Department for a test, you must specify which specific STDs you wish to be tested for.
